For a multi-building business complex developed by a long-time client, we fabricated a series of custom seamless concrete vanity systems designed to perform in high-traffic office environments.

What began as a single installation quickly evolved into a repeatable design solution across multiple buildings. To date, we’ve produced over 20 of these large commercial sinks for this client, each tailored to the space while maintaining a consistent architectural aesthetic through out the complex.

The sink featured here measures approximately 11 feet long, cast as a single seamless piece with no joints. In other buildings within the same portfolio, we’ve produced larger versions of this same design up to 17 feet in length, demonstrating the scalability of the system while preserving its clean, monolithic appearance.

Each installation is fully ADA compliant and built to withstand daily use in office environments housing 50–200 employees. The result is a durable, low-maintenance fixture that balances performance with a refined architectural presence.

This project highlights how custom concrete can function as both a practical commercial
solution and a strong design element, bringing consistency, durability, and modern material expression to large-scale workplace environments.
