Shaping Form Through Custom Molds

We build custom molds using a range of materials—wood, fiberglass, fabric, and flexible forms—choosing what best supports the final shape. Each mold is designed specifically for the piece, allowing the form to take shape long before concrete is poured. This process gives us control over proportion, balance, and detail. It also allows for designs that feel intentional rather than forced.

 

A Hands-On Finishing Process

Once cast, each piece is demolded, diamond honed, cleaned, sealed, and detailed entirely by hand. This stage requires patience and precision, ensuring the surface feels smooth, balanced, and ready for everyday use. No two pieces move through this stage exactly the same way. Each one is finished according to what the material calls for.
