Production Time
Most items are made to order. Production times vary season to season but on average are 6-8 weeks. Email Info@concretewavedesign.com for current lead time or rush orders.
Shipping
For non local deliveries, items will be crated up and shipped via LTL freight. The trucking companies are told to call and make a delivery appointment prior to delivery. Items will be offloaded from truck and delivered curbside in a wood crate. It is the customers responsibility to uncrate and place the items. Contact us to arrange an INTERIOR or WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY. Additional charges apply.
IMPORTANT: Remember to inspect the crate before signing off for delivery. Make sure to have the driver note any minor damage to the crate on the sign off sheet. If it seems excessive, you can request to open it and visually inspect all items. If it anything is damaged, do not accept the delivery. Once you sign off for delivery, the freight company will reject any liability for damage and claims are almost impossible to win. We highly recommend opening and checking the entire item for damages immediately upon delivery, even if everything appears to be good.
Due to many variables in shipping large freight items, it can be difficult to estimate accurate shipping costs. In most cases our online shipping costs are accurate, however, depending on your exact location, there may be rare certain circumstances that require additional costs. If so, we will contact you and let you know of any changes beforehand.

Returns
All our products here at Concrete Wave are made to order and thus all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any of our items. We do want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will see if there is anything that can be done.
If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, or the items packaging is heavily damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY. Take photos and contact us to take care of the situation. Carefully inspect everything before signing off for delivery. Once signed off, delivery companies are free of any liability and can deny any damage claims. This may result in additional replacement charges.
If an item arrives damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern and photos within 7 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items must be unused, undamaged, and still packed in its original crate(crate can be opened). Any item chipped or damage while unpacking will not be covered. Concrete Wave Design reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. In the rare case where an item is returned to Concrete Wave and is found to be ineligible for an exchange, customer will be billed for both incoming and outgoing shipping charges before the item is sent back.
