WARRANTY

Concrete Wave Design warrants for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery that its products shall perform in a good manner in accordance with applicable standards. This warranty does not include or cover
1) hairline cracks in the concrete, 2) damage caused by incorrect or lack of cleaning or care, 3) damage caused by incorrect use, 4) damage caused by acts of abuse to the products such as scratches, chips, stains, trapped water, or other markings/damage, 5) damage caused by drilling into or attempting to alter the product from the way in which it was received, 6) damage caused by improper installation, or 7) shipping and/or freight charges.

CONCRETE WAVE DESIGN SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR OTHER RESPONSIBILITY TO THE CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY LIABILITY, LOSS OR DAMAGE ALLEGEDLY CAUSED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY BY THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, ANTICIPATORY PROFITS, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

All claims must be made known to Concrete Wave Design within 7 days of incident. Any further damage caused from lack of correction of warranted issue will not be warranted

On top of our warranty, the burner systems we supply offer manufacturer warranties on all parts. 

Stainless Steel Burners Systems:

• Burner - Lifetime
• Components - 1-5 Years 

Brass Burner Systems:

• Burner - Limited Lifetime
• Components - 1-3 Years
